More on sincerity

It is the salesman’s sincerity, and honesty of purpose that establishes his standing with the customers. Sincerity is the inspiration of that confidence upon which all business relations are based. It must be manifest in a salesman’s every expression, in the tone of his voice, and his general attitude. He must be sincere in his manifestation of interest in his customer’s welfare, and his desire to see him actually benefited. The customer quickly perceives this, and his confidence is established. — W. R. Trusty
