By the very nature of our business, we are thrown up against big men in big corporations. To get the attention of these men and to divert their thoughts to channels favorable to us, we must be in a position to make every moment count. Our statements and arguments must strike a harmonious chord in that man. In a few words we must win his attention. It is very essential that before that man is even approached some line of attack must be mapped out. Preparation is essentially knowledge, and knowledge is strength.
